Return Process

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the tools in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
